Today we toured the RV Museum and the Mor/Ryde factory facility. The RV museum is a must if you're in the area. RV history 101. From the first tent camper, first RV with slide outs, first Winnebago and much much more, a very impressive collection and tour. After we left the RV museum we stopped an had a very good dinner at an Italian restaurant. Weather has been ok, rain one day then nice the next day. We continue to meet new "Creeker" friends. We're both having a great time and convinced this will be an annual event.
Entering the RV Museum
RV with the first slide outs. The sides slid out and it had a very small bed in back.
Very Airstream, shaped like a bullet.
First Winnebago's, looked just like "Cousin Eddies"
Around dark each night we had a community fire. Members spent time here socializing or at the hall playing cards or Mexican train.
