Field of Dreams

Today we drove to Dyersville, Iowa from Amana where we are staying. Who would  go and see a ball field out in the middle of a corn field. Thousands of people visit the film location of the "Field of Dreams" each year. Maybe they are Kevin Costner fans, baseball fans, a fan of the movie or maybe there is something more. I really enjoyed our visit, watching the dads with their sons and daughters playing ball,  families walking in the outfield and remembering my days playing baseball with my dad, brother and son. Walking along the corn stalks in the outfield you could almost hear "build it and they will come".
If you haven't seen the movie you need to, good story.
