A Day in Saint Louis.

What a great day with Mark and Diane. They picked us up at the RV Park and our first stop was at their home to visit Butch, their trusty watch dog. From there we journeyed downtown to visit the Arch (WOW!) and the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial. Mark was a great tour guide pointing out several historical buildings and where he and Diane had worked. Before we went to the game we walked along the streets of historic St. Louis and found a wonderful place for a great lunch. OK! off to Busch Stadium. Even though I've known a few guys that played with the Cardinals we never made it to Busch Stadium. Beautiful stadium and great fans.

A couple of non-typical views of the Arch

Busch Stadium

Nothing like going to a ball game to make you feel like a kid again.

Beautiful view as the sun sets. It was also setting on the Giants.

Final Score Cardinals 7 Giants 1

Hmmmm, was kind of surprised to see this. Of course I'm sure it's just promoting
MacDonald's Big Mac

Mascot is having fun with Cardinal girls
